The office buildings and commercial residences of the Modern Plaza belong to the Beijing Modern Plaza Industries Company. They are located at the 7th to 11th floors of the plaza, totaling 8,800㎡. Among them, the 7th to 10th floors are used for office buildings and the 10th and 11th floors for commercial residences.
The office buildings and commercial residences of Modern Plaza, located at the core belt of Zhongguancun and the intersection of the 3rd Ring Road and Zhongguancun Street, boast superior geographical positions, convenient transportations, dining and shopping services, perfect facilities, 24-hour security service, central air conditioning, and commercial and residential functions. Client service quarter

Client rest areas are arranged at the sides of escalators from the 2nd to the 5th floors in the plaza, where clients may take a rest on the benches and drink water at water dispensers.

Watch and clock repairing

Professional maintenance desks are set at the east side of the first floor of the plaza, repairing Tian Ba, SEAMASTER, Switzerland watches and Radar watches, respectively.

Sewing service

The service desk is placed at the northwest corner of the 3rd floor of the plaza, which provides diversified sewing services to customers, including hemming-stitch, slide fastener, ironing and reworking services, to clothes made of all kinds of fibers.

Parking lot

The parking lot of Beijing Modern Plaza is located on the surface of the ground, with a total of 230 loading/unloading lots. Persons are specially assigned to take care of your cars against all damages. Staff workers may help you park cars and remove ordinary troubles. Fees are charged under the following standards:
7:00-9:00（cars）2 yuan in 2 hours, and 2 yuan/hour after 2 hours
21:00-7:00（cars）1 yuan/2 hours
7:00-9:00（buses）5 yuan/half an hour
21:00-7:00（buses）2 yuan/2 hours

Free parking service to gold and silver membership card owners

1. Clients with gold and silver membership cards may fetch parking lot cards at the general service desk of the plaza, with their gold and silver membership cards (with the principal or supplementary card by the owners themselves) for three hour free parking service (gold membership) and two hours free parking service (silver membership) in the exact day.
2. Each member shall come in for one card each time.
3. The free parking card is confined only to the use at the Modern Plaza parking lot for the exact day.
4. One vehicle shall use one free parking card at a time.
5. The extra parts exceeding the free service of three hours (for gold membership) or two hours (for silver membership) shall be paid by the clients according to the normal charging standards of the parking lot. Those staying less than three hours (two hours) shall be charged under three hours (two hours).
6. The free parking cards shall not be converted to cash.

Gift packing

The general service desk at the southwest corner of the first floor of the plaza will offer gift packing service to customers with some charges.

Free gift packing service for gold and silver membership card owners

Since January 1, 2006, gold and silver membership card owners may enjoy free gift packing service at the general service desk of the plaza with their gold and silver membership cards (confined only to the card holders).

Ticket service

The general service desk at the southwest corner of the first floor of the plaza may sell tickets on behalf of the Music Hall of Zhongshan Park and Beijing Poly Theatre. Clients are welcomed here.

Leather shoe repairing

The service desk is placed at the northwest corner of the third floor of the plaza, which is able to repair all kinds of leather shoes.

Optometry service

The counter of Air Shi Jie Eyeglass Co. Ltd., located at the east side of the second floor of the plaza, employs ophthalmologists from hospitals and applies advanced imported facilities to offer qualified optometry services to customers. The ophthalmologists will answer all your questions meticulously, no matter you buy glasses or not. The business offers free service for clients regarding optometry, consultation, maintenance, and eyeglasses cleaning. The tenet of the business is to help each client wear proper and comfortable glasses here and know the expertise for caring about the eyes.

Foreign currency exchange

The foreign currency exchange service desk, located at the northeast corner of the first floor of the plaza, is an operation branch of CITIC Industrial Bank. Twelve kinds of foreign currencies are accepted to change into RMB, which are pounds, Hong Kong dollars, US dollars, Swiss Francs, Singapore dollars, Denmark Krones, Norway Krones, Japanese yen, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, euro, and Macao dollars.
